The Davis Family
Alan and Debbie gave our family Polar Express tickets for Christmas this year and we got to go last weekend. It was such an amazing trip and we all had so much fun. It was a little sad because the Kurtzeborn's and Kim and Cameron were supposed to come but things came up and they couldn't go. So we gave the tickets to my parents, Rachel, and Grandma and Grandpa Bosworth. It was a blast. It had just snowed so everything was beautiful and we got to play in the snow and go on a really fun train ride. Kolsen was so excited to see Santa and get a present. Here are some of our pictures. Thanks Rachel for taking such good pics and a
SPECIAL THANK YOU TO ALAN AND DEBBIE FOR GETTING US SUCH A SPECIAL GIFT THIS YEAR. THE TRIP WAS AWESOME AND WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!

Kernan came to visit
A few weeks ago the Mandile's came down to visit and Kolsen and Kernan got to play for a while. This is just a cute video of them dancing to our singing snowman.
It is so cute cause if you listen close you can hear Kolsen say "Shake you booty like Kolsen". It is in Kolsen talk so it is really hard to understand.

Santa didn't go over very well
Here are our pictures from the Flemming Family Christmas Party. We had a nice dinner and program and then the kids got to take pictures with Santa. Kolsen was so excited to sit on his lap and we stood in line together the whole way up to him. But as soon as I lifted him up to sit him on his lap he FREAKED OUT. He clung to me and wouldn't let go. So I sat down by Santa and he sat on my lap. As you can see Callie didn't like him much either. No good Santa pictures this year.

Well Dress the House!

It has been crazy around here. We were so excited to put up our tree this year that we did it the day after Thanks Giving. Kolsen got to help this year and had a blast. The really cute part was that all the ornaments we gave him to put on he put in the
same spot. Sometimes even on top of each other. It was so cute that we have left them that way and took lots of pictures. Also a few days ago we wrapped some of their gifts and put them under the tree. The next morning as I was feeding Callie I heard from behind me:
Kolsen: "Someping under der".
Mom: "What?".
Kolsen: "I see someping under da tree"
Mom: "What do you see"
Kolsen: "Presents"
Mom: "Yeah, those are your presents"
Kolsen: "My open my presents now?"
It made me giggle. He has been so excited to open his presents that at least once a day he brings one to me and says "This is Kolsen's present". We have only had one casualty and thank heavens it was only a shirt and nothing fun. Two year old's are to much fun!!!
Kolsen's ornament spot. Every time we gave him one to put on the tree, it went right here.

Ho Ho Ho
Callie was having a grouchy night so she just got to watch.

You would think it was a TOY!
So I know all I talk about is my kids, but that is all that is going on with us right now. We are pretty boring!
So we put our baby swing away a few months ago because Callie wasn't interested in it any more. We haven't thought about it since, until today. Callie was being so fussy and nothing was helping. So when we were in her room getting her dressed I saw it and thought, what the heck. It is worth a try. So we got it out and I let Kolsen push her in it. She thought it was so much fun and laughed every time he did it. As I am putting this up she is still laughing and I got it out 30 min ago. I love how easily amused kids are. I am also glad that she stopped fussing!!! Enjoy the video.
Also here are some cute pictures of Callie that I caught yesterday. She is officially mobile! She started doing "THE ROCK" last week and is officially crawling now! I thought I was going to be so excited, until I remembered that the trouble begins with this step. She is so excited to be moving that she is already into everything. Fun, Fun, Fun!

Too Cute... I just had to share!
So I just got these last night and had to share them. When we were Trick or Treating, we went to our neighbors house a few doors down and when we walked up she asked if we wanted her to take the kids picture. I thought she was going to pull out her camera and just take one but she brought us into her studio and we got really good pictures. Then when I went to pick them up, she said that she didn't want any money for them because they were a Halloween gift. What a good way to advertise her business. Smart lady! They turned out really cute and that was the only picture she took. She just snapped it once. It wasn't like she had to take 3 or 4 to get a really good one. The only sad part was right after she snapped it Callie smiled huge and we missed it because she was about to fall off the box. Anyway, as a thank you for doing that for us I thought it would be nice to put her website up for you if any one wanted pictures done. She does it out of her house or comes to you and her studio is gorgeous. Thanks Heather! lovebugsphotography.com

WARNING: Mushy post below
Wow, I can't believe it has already been 4 years. They say that time flies when you get married but I never thought it would go this fast. Our anniversary was on Thursday, but went out on a date on Friday night. It is hard to believe we started dating 9 years ago. I am so lucky to have someone that IS my best friend and has been for such a long time. Jason is an amazing husband and he does so much for our family. I don't think I ever have to ask him to do anything because if he sees that something needs to be done he just does it. I think he is more neat and organised then me! It has been so much fun to grow up with him and I think that is why we have such a good relationship. We knew the In's and outs of each other long before we got married. It was so much fun to reminisce and look through some high school pictures to put on here. We have so many fun memories and some hard ones, but that is what has made both of us strong. I am also so thankful that Jason is a worthy member of our church and was able to take me to the temple. I don't think a day goes by that I don't think about the promises we made to each other and that we will now get to spend eternity together. There is such a comfort in that promise and I know that we will always be together. I love you Jason and thank you for all you do for me and our family. I love the memories we have together and am so excited to make new one in the days to come!

Balloons...
So my friend Jessica sent me a package and in it were these balloons. Her stipulation was that I take pictures of Kolsen blowing them up. He gets so excited to blow them up and when he was little he would do a "blow up stance" which he grew out of, but it was still so much fun. So here are the pictures for ya Jess! Callie loved them too. The pictures came out really blurry because we need a new camera.
This is how excited he gets! He got some height on that one.
Gotta do as daddy does
I almost got it
Yeah!!!! I did it

Who are you?

Take the Quiz and Share Your Results!
You are thoughtful and care very deeply for your family. A loving home is of great
importance to you and you always try to make people feel welcome. Although you have a great capacity to love, you also have a great capacity to hurt, so at times you can be
sensitive. You're firm when you need to be, but people trust your judgment and
appreciate the kind way you always handle things.

Trick or Treat!!!

I hope everyone had as much fun as we did on Halloween night. Kolsen and Lexi were so much fun this year. It was really sad not to have chase, Mallory, and Clark though! We missed you guys! But we had a good time and got lots of candy. Actually Kolsen has been so excited about the candy that when Jason and I were getting ready this morning we let him watch a movie on the couch. We came out to find Kolsen behind the couch with one sucker in each hand, three sticks on the ground, two more with open wrappers and sticky slim all over. It was pretty funny! Kids think they are so sneaky! We also found a really cool house that was a lot of fun to go to last night. It is called the Halloween House. It was in the next neighbor hood over and I think they had every Halloween decoration that you could and then some. It was amazing. We got some pictures, but it doesn't do it Justice. So we did some trick or treating in our neighborhood and then went over there to look at the house. The people were even handing out free hot dogs and juice and had people walking around with saw's trying to scare you. It was a lot of fun! Then we came back to our house and everyone hung out for a while and we let the kids enjoy their treats.
Here is the gang, but no one wanted to cooperate. Did we expect any different? Kim and I did some of Kolsen's tattoos

Her headband wasn't tight enough, but she didn't care

This picture went crazy but it adds a cool effect

So many updates!!!
Warning: Lots of posts below, Read at your own risk.
So the first of many updates is that my cousin came home from her Mission a few weeks ago. Jessica served in Washington and loved every minuet of it. She is such an amazing person and I look up to her so much! She is a really good example to all those around her and is one of the strongest women I know. I love her and I know she has done and will do many wonderful things in her life.
Here we are at her homecoming. This was before I did my hair and the rest of the posts are after. Tell me what you think.

Tub Time

So we found how to make Callie laugh. "THE BATH" She absolutely loves taking bath's with Kolsen. When he starts to splash her she giggles and splashes back. They are so cute together and I am so glad we can get rid of the stupid baby tub now. I hate that thing. Of course, we took a video of it, but she didn't giggle like she normally does. Go figure!

Joy School Party

Today we had our Joy School Halloween Party. We let the kids come dressed up and do a parade for the first few minutes of school and then they got some cookies. It was so cute. The only sad thing was that I didn't have my camera on the right setting and I had someone else take the pictures for me so I could do the video. So only a few of them turned out. O well, you can still make out who they are. Kolsen loves Joy School and all the friends he has gotten to know. I am so glad that we started him in it this year. The top picture is his friend Parker.
